Generic ODBC Support

In an effort to make QweryBuilder accessible to more users, we have decided to add ODBC support. This means QB can query any ODBC data source. We've done testing with DB/2, SQLite and MS Access. So far, it seems to work very well.

We are also able to extend some database specific features to DB/2, MySQL and MS Access. You should be able to use the Auto Format, CRUD Report and Offline Syntax checker for those data sources.

So far the visual difference, search window and intellisense all work great.
