Werysoft doesn't believe that a customer should be charged for technical support. After all, we're selling quality to our customers. If you find a bug or some other technical issue, it's our responsibility to fix it in a timely manner. So far, our track record has been pretty good. Bugs are fixed in a matter of days and a new release is shipped to the customer in about the same amount of time.
