Survey Results

Here are the high level results that we extracted.

1) Majority of users find QB to be very useful.
2) Level of support for the main supported databases is on par with what developers need.
3) QB needs to be more intuitive (more on this below).
4) 100% of respondents feel that the price they paid for QB reflects the value they receive.
5) Technical support is exceptional.

For the most part, the results are very positive. It shows that over all, we are on the right track and heading in the right direction.

The one thing we need to put more energy into is trying to make QweryBuilder more intuitive. 45.5% of respondents suggest that QB is very intuitive while 54.5% suggest that it is somewhat intuitive. To some companies, these results may be satisfactory (i.e. no one said it was "not very" intuitive). To Werysoft, this means that we have some work to do. We've got some idea's but we would like to hear directly from you. What did you find least intuitive about QB? What would make it more intuitive? Please email us at support@werysoft.com. In addition to the above, we had suggestions to add more content to the Object Browser, add support for more databases and to create more How To videos. There were also a few smaller enhancement ideas suggested. All these items have been added to our enhancement whiteboard and will be worked on.
